Questions owners ask
What systems do you integrate with?
Your phone system, your CRM, and your scheduling or management software. That includes dealer management systems, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Dentrix, Open Dental, Tekmetric, Mindbody, and most others. If a system has no way to connect, we tell you in the audit.
Who owns the work?
You do. Everything we build for you, including the documentation, belongs to your business. If you leave, it goes with you.
What does the retainer cover?
Monitor ($750 a month) watches everything we built, alerts us when something breaks, and includes one fix a month. Improve ($2,500 a month) adds a new workflow or meaningful improvement every month, priority support, and a quarterly review.
What about HIPAA and customer data?
We do not host or store your customer or patient data. Everything we build runs on servers and accounts set up in your name, connected to the systems you already use, under the vendor agreements you already have. You hold the keys. For dental groups that means your practice management vendor and your existing compliance program stay in charge; we build inside them.
How long does an audit take?
Two weeks from kickoff to your report. We need a few hours of your team's time across those two weeks, mostly listening to how things work today.
What if you find nothing worth automating?
We tell you, and you keep the report. It is a $3,000 look at your operation with numbers attached. Nobody is obligated to build anything.
